2. Where and how will the audio be used (what medium: TV, Radio, Internet)?
3. Is the requested audio to be delivered raw audio or fully produced with SFX and music (fully produced)?

Words on average voice talents generally read per minute or WPM
Slow, Calm read (Soft Sell) - up to 100 WPM
Regular pace (Medium Sell) - up to 150 WPM
Fast Pace (Hard Sell) - up to 200 WPM
Estimates - 300 words = 2 minutes | 900 words = 5 mins | 1,800 words = 10 mins | 2,750 = 15 mins | 3,500 = 20 mins | 5,500 = 30 mins | 7,500 = 45 mins | 9,500 = 60 mins
